OVERVIEW

The total cost of deploying an enterprise-class security solution has been out of reach for the enterprise remote office and small  business markets. Sophisticated hardware, software, and staffing increase the total cost of ownership, preventing them from taking advantage of critical security solutions.

In truth, small organizations don’t need massive, complex security systems when space and security experts are limited. Instead, a specialized security solution is needed — a smaller, affordable enterprise-class security tool that’s perfectly "right-sized" for the job.

As an innovative perimeter defense system (PDS), the PDS 2100 series is the right security platform for the 5-to-50 user environment, providing enterprise-class security for considerably less than general, multi-purpose security systems.

Checkpoint VPN-1/FireWall-1 SmallOffice is a software solution aimed at delivering enterprise-class security to small businesses and enterprise small remote offices.

Based on the market-leading Checkpoint VPN-1/FireWall-1 security suite, the Checkpoint SmallOffice edition has been integrated on the PDS2100 for a high-performance low-cost security appliances enabling all-in-one security solutions that are flexible affordable and easy to use.
